This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a corporate environment, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all visitors and clientsManaging the reception area and ensuring it remains presentable at all timesCoordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetingsSupporting hospitality requirements, including refreshments and catering arrangementsHandling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficientlyAssisting with office administration and day-to-day operational supportLiaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of office servicesSupporting basic AV and meeting technology requirements where neededDelivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high professional standardsHours: 42.5 hours per week, shifts from 7.30am-5.30pm or 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.Salary: £36,000 per annumQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience within a corporate environmentPrevious reception, customer service, front-of-house, or administrative experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectivelyGood attention to detail and a proactive approach to workA professional appearance and positive attitudeConfidence working in a fast-paced business environmentExperience with AV and IT systems would be advantageous but is not essentialWe are looking for someone who:Takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experienceBuilds positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitorsDemonstrates initiative and can work independentlyRemains calm and professional under pressureEnjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive teamAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?Excellent holiday allowancePension contributions,Life insuranceEnhanced annual leaveRecommend a Friend Bonus SchemeThank you voucher scheme. 24-hour personal helpline for employees, providing counselling & information services.
