This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for customers and vendors. Daily tasks include managing the front desk, handling basic clerical work such as filing and data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The Receptionist supports the sales and service teams by relaying messages, providing general information about dealership services, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for all guests.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering calls, routing inquiries, and managing visitor check-in.Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, record keeping, and handling basic office documentation.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers and team members.Basic computer proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) and ability to learn dealership systems.Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role is preferred.Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work the required on-site schedule in Ventura, CA.
