The Receptionist will manage incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, directing visitors to the appropriate team members, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. The role also involves general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry - especially on our website, managing mail, and supporting the sales and administration teams with basic office duties.
