This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing the front desk, handling inquiries in person and by phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing accurate information or routing requests to the appropriate team members. The Receptionist will also perform basic clerical work such as data entry, filing, maintaining records, and managing mail and deliveries. The role supports a positive showroom experience by maintaining a professional, welcoming environment and coordinating closely with sales and customer service staff.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills.Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, including Communication and Customer Service skills.Candidates should possess professional phone-related capabilities, including Phone Etiquette and call handling skills.Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.Comfort working on-site in a showroom setting, with a professional demeanor and appearance.Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, data entry; familiarity with POS or CRM systems is a plus).Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or office reception is preferred but not required.
