The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, managing reservations and guest requests, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area. The Receptionist also processes payments, maintains guest records, and addresses guest concerns promptly and courteously to support an exceptional guest experience.Qualifications Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and basic administrative tasks.Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, inquiries, and interactions with guests and colleagues.Proven Customer Service experience with the ability to handle guest requests, resolve issues, and maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude.Ability to speak and write in English fluently; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Proficiency with hotel management or reservation systems and basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.Previous experience in hotel front office or hospitality is preferred; vocational or diploma-level education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
