Receptionist

Real Estate Masters is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our Abu Dhabi branch.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, developers, and business partners. The role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to provide efficient administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries.Communicate confidently with Arabic- and English-speaking clients.Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organised and presentable.Schedule appointments, meetings, and interview arrangements.Receive, record, and distribute documents, deliveries, and correspondence.Maintain visitor records and coordinate access to the office.Respond to general enquiries received by telephone, email, and WhatsApp.Provide administrative support to the management, sales, and HR teams.Assist with data entry, document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.Coordinate meeting-room bookings and prepare rooms before meetings.Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, client, and company information.Support other front-office and administrative duties assigned by management.RequirementsFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, front-desk executive, or administrative assistant in the UAE.Previous experience in a UAE real estate company is strongly preferred.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer-service skills.Strong telephone etiquette and communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and general office systems.Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.Preference will be given to candidates who can join within two weeks.
