Capital Dental Clinic is a dental group in Cairo founded by Dr. Ahmed Alkaffas, with a specialist for every case and our own dental lab in house. We are hiring receptionists for all three of our branches: Nasr City, New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. Apply for the one you live near.The front desk is the first face of the clinic and the last one a patient sees on the way out. You run the day: you know who is coming, you know which chair they are going to, you keep the waiting area calm when a case runs long, and you make sure nobody leaves without their next visit booked.It is a detail job with money in it. Treatment plans run over several visits and several payments, and a receipt written wrong or a visit booked into the wrong chair costs the patient's trust before it costs anything else.Our branches:Nasr City, 60 Abbas El AkkadNew Cairo, North Plus, North 90th StreetSheikh Zayed, Arkan PlazaWhat you'll do:Welcome patients, check them in, and keep the flow between the waiting area and the chairs movingBook, confirm and reschedule appointments in the clinic system, and keep the day's list accurateTake payments per visit and against treatment plans, issue receipts, and close the till at the end of the shiftBook the next visit before the patient leaves, and follow up the ones who did not comeAnswer the branch phone and WhatsApp for booked patients: confirmations, reminders, changesCoordinate between the doctors, the assistants and our in house lab on case timingKeep the daily record: who attended, who did not, what was collectedReceive our international patients in English and make the visit easy for themKeep the front of house clean, stocked and presentable at all timesWhat we're looking for:1 to 3 years on a front desk: clinic, medical centre, hotel, or any real reception roleGenuinely organised. You can hold a full day's list, several treatment plans and a ringing phone at once without dropping oneGood English, spoken and written. We treat patients who live abroad and patients who do not speak ArabicComfortable on a computer and quick on a clinic or hospital systemCalm and warm with people, including a patient who has been waiting and is not happy about itAccurate with money and honest about itLiving near the branch you are applying for, so the commute is shortNice to have:Experience in a dental clinic specifically, and familiarity with the words: crown, veneer, implant, root canal, cleaningExperience with a clinic management system such as OdooExperience with treatment plan instalments and collectionsA second language beyond Arabic and EnglishWhat we offer:One of the best known dental groups in Cairo, and a team of specialists you will learn fromThree branches across the city, so there is a desk near where you liveSalary based on experience, agreed at interview
