The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional front-desk experience. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, handling data entry and other administrative tasks, coordinating with doctors and clinical staff, and providing clear information about the clinic's services. The Receptionist will also support daily clinic operations by maintaining an organized reception area and ensuring excellent patient service while respecting confidentiality and professional standards.QualificationsFluency in Arabic is required, with good English communication skills.Previous experience working as a receptionist is required, preferably in a clinic, medical center, or healthcare environment.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and appointment scheduling systems.Excellent communication and telephone etiquette, with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, welcoming, and patient-focused attitude.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work full-time on-site at Horaios Clinic, Al Zahia Mall, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV through LinkedIn or contact Horaios Clinic directly for further details.
