The team works closely with clients from initial patient awareness through to successful visits and long-term retention.Role Description The Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on welcoming patients, managing the front desk, and ensuring that every inquiry is handled efficiently and converted into a confirmed appointment. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to messages, scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting visitors, and directing patients to the appropriate providers or departments. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, handling basic clerical tasks (such as filing, data entry, and document preparation), and coordinating follow-up communication to support patient retention. The Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator works closely with clinicians and the operations team to deliver a smooth, professional, and supportive experience for every patient.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette and communication skills, with clear, courteous, and professional interaction in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).Candidates should possess reception and front-desk skills, including receptionist duties such as greeting patients, managing waiting areas, and coordinating appointments.Candidates should possess customer service capabilities, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a calm and solution-focused manner.Candidates should possess clerical skills, including basic computer literacy, data entry, document handling, and familiarity with appointment or practice management systems.Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, or hospital setting is preferred, with an understanding of patient flows and confidentiality requirements.Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, manage multiple tasks at once, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in administration, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
