🐾 We’re Hiring: Receptionist – Customer Experience📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🐶 Industry: Pet ServicesDROOL GROUP is a growing pet services group in the UAE, offering grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transport, retail, and veterinary services.We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and their pets.🐾 What You’ll DoWelcome customers and their pets warmly and professionallyHandle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, and appointmentsCoordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operationsProvide customers with updates, photos, and videos of their pets when requiredExplain services and appointments clearlyProcess basic payments, invoices, and receiptsMaintain accurate customer and pet recordsHandle customer questions and concerns professionallySupport general customer service and administrative activities👤 What We’re Looking For3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience preferredExperience in hotel reception, premium hospitality, restaurants, retail, healthcare, beauty, or similar industries is an advantageExcellent spoken and written EnglishConfident and friendly communication styleStrong telephone and WhatsApp communication skillsGood computer skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a busy environmentComfortable working around dogs and other petsGenuine love and interest in animalsCandidates who are available to join immediately or on a short notice period are preferred🌍 Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, or Russian are a strong advantage.🐶 Experience in veterinary, grooming, boarding, daycare, pet care, or other pet-related businesses will also be an advantage.❤️ The Right PersonWe’re looking for someone who is:Friendly
