Receptionist (Dutch speaker)

About the PositionWe are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our automotive showroom in Rotterdam.As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive showroom experience. You will welcome customers and visitors, handle incoming phone calls and support the daily operations of the showroom.Your ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Provide customers with the appropriate information and direct them to the relevant department or employee.Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate contact person.Manage appointments and support the daily planning of the showroom.Register and maintain customer and visitor information when required.Ensure that the reception desk and waiting area are always clean, tidy and presentable.Support other departments with basic administrative and organizational tasks.Receive and process mail, parcels, deliveries and general correspondence.Assist with showroom activities, events and other tasks when needed.Contribute to a high level of customer service and maintain a professional showroom image.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar position is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.Strong organizational skills and a good sense of planning and structure.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required.Good computer skills and experience with common office software.A professional and well-presented appearance.Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but not required.What We OfferA professional and modern working environment within the automotive sector.A varied role with extensive customer and visitor interaction.An international and friendly team.A competitive salary and good employment conditions.Training and guidance to help you perform your role successfully.A diverse position with opportunities for personal and professional development.Interested?Are you customer-oriented, enthusiastic, professional and enjoy working with people?
