Core ResponsibilitiesVisitor & Guest Management: Greet, welcome, and direct clients, visitors, or hotel guests professionally upon arrival.Communication Handling:Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and manage the main office email or WhatsApp inquiries. Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office mail or courier deliveries. Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and reception area supplied with necessary corporate materials or brochures. Appointment Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate visitor appointments, and update calendar systems. Office Security & Logistics: Issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logbooks, and monitor the reception access point to support office safety protocols. Key Requirements & SkillsCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic or other languages. Technical Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), multi-line phone systems, and specialized industry software. Interpersonal Skills: A polite, professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric attitude and the ability to handle high-stress situations gracefully.Cultural Awareness: Comfort interacting with a diverse, international clientele and workforce daily. Education & ExperienceEducation: High school diploma is required at minimum; a bachelor's degree or specialized certificate in Office Administration is highly valued by corporate firms.Experience: 3 to 5 years of local UAE experience is preferred, though entry-level opportunities exist in retail, medical clinics, and salons.
