The firm values integrity, client commitment, and a collaborative work culture.Role Description The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment in the Dubai office. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing meeting room bookings, handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and maintaining visitor logs and security procedures. The role also involves supporting basic clerical and administrative activities, such as preparing documents, updating records, and coordinating with other team members to facilitate smooth office operations. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring consistent punctuality and a polished professional demeanor.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.Proficiency in receptionist duties, including welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and organizing appointments.Solid phone etiquette skills, including handling multi-line phone systems, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.Basic clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and use of office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel).Prior experience in a corporate or professional services environment, preferably in a law firm or similar setting.Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Professional appearance and demeanor, with reliability and punctuality in an on-site office role.
