Receptionist (Japanese Speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Receptionist with strong Japanese language skills to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a professional and welcoming front-desk experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, patients, or visitors in Japanese.Manage incoming calls, appointments, and inquiries.Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and communication.Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 & N3 are open to apply).Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese.Professional appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Proficient in using computers and basic office applications
