Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of receptionists across multiple locations.Communication: Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, POS systems, and financial reporting.Problem Solving: Exceptional at handling complex client complaints and operational bottlenecks.Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, disciplined, and a professional appearance.Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle and the flexibility to travel/rotate between all facility locations.Passion: A love for sports and a healthy lifestyle is a major plus.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of all Receptionists and Supervisors.Create monthly rosters and ensure 100% coverage across all front-desk stations.Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service excellence.2. Operational ExcellenceStandardize SOPs for front-desk operations across all facilities (check-in, court bookings, equipment rentals, and Liga App).Ensure the reception areas in all locations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and brand representation.Monitor and audit the "Lost and Found" system and equipment rental inventory.3. Sales & Revenue ManagementDevelop strategies to drive sales for packages, programs and Pro Shop items.Monitor daily/monthly sales targets and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest promotional activities.4. Financial OversightOversee daily closing reports, EDC reconciliations, and cash handling procedures.Investigate any financial discrepancies and implement preventive measures.Ensure all payments are processed accurately and reported to the finance department on time.5. Client Relationship Management (CRM)Act as the final point of escalation for complex client issues or complaints.Gather and analyze client feedback to improve overall service quality and facility experience.Maintain strong relationships with long-term members and corporate clients.6. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with the Branch Manager/Supervisor and Other Departments Head to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Provide weekly and monthly operational reports to General Management.Do daily briefing with all receptionist staff from all branches.
