About the Role We are looking for experienced and professional Receptionists / Patient Coordinators to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a clinical or aesthetic healthcare environment , excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete patient journey , from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment coordination and follow-ups. Welcome patients and provide a professional, personalized, and premium front-desk experience . Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person communication . Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff. Explain clinic services, aesthetic treatments, and available packages while supporting patient conversion and retention . Maintain accurate patient records, appointment schedules, and administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Handle patient concerns and feedback professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service and clinic operations. Russian, Tunisian, Moroccan, Uzbek, Kazakh, or European candidates preferred. Previous clinical experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator is mandatory . Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or premium healthcare clinic is highly preferred. Strong patient coordination, appointment management, and client relations skills . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Previous experience in sales, treatment coordination, patient conversion, and retention is an advantage. Professional and well-presented, with the ability to confidently interact with VIP and high-profile clientele . Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment. Available for full-time employment in Dubai .
