Receptionist (Tagalog Speaker)

Autorun is the authorized car dealer for OMODA & JAECOO and iCAUR in Dubai, representing innovative and rapidly growing automotive brands in the UAE market.

Job Title: ReceptionistWork Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:* Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner, ensuring an excellent first impression of the showroom.* Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries, directing them promptly to the appropriate department.* Provide a high standard of customer service, assist with showroom inquiries, and coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.* Manage appointments, visitor records, meeting room bookings, incoming correspondence, packages, and other front-desk activities.* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area while providing general administrative and operational support as required.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or similar client-facing role is required; automotive or showroom experience is preferred.* Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Energetic, lively, confident, and engaging personality with a polished and professional presentation suitable for a customer-facing showroom environment.* Excellent command of English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage.* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.* Immediate joiners will be highly prioritized. Work Schedule* 6 working days per week with 1 day off.* The weekly day off will be scheduled according to the showroom's operational requirements.
