We’re hiring: Receptionist Team Leader | UAE NationalsKhadamat Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Receptionist Team Leader to lead our front desk team and deliver a welcoming, professional experience for visitors and colleagues.Key responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and support the reception team, including managing schedules and daily coverage.
• Welcome visitors and manage enquiries, calls, and correspondence professionally.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor and meeting arrangements.
• Maintain accurate reception records and monitor service standards.
• Identify ways to improve the front desk experience and team performance.What we’re looking for:
• UAE National.
• Experience leading a team and working in customer service or reception.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
