Senior Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM)📍 Sydney, Australia💼 Permanent / Contract📅 Experience: 5+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM) to join its Sydney-based delivery team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SmartStream TLM solutions for leading banking and financial services clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement SmartStream TLM solutions.Design and maintain reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception management processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and system issues.Work closely with business users, operations teams, and project stakeholders.Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on SmartStream TLM experience.Strong expertise in:TLM ReconciliationsTLM PremiumMatching Rules ConfigurationWorkflow & Exception ManagementData Interfaces & Reconciliation ProcessesExperience within Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury, Custody, or Securities Operations.Strong SQL and database skills.Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience delivering SmartStream projects for banking and financial services clients.Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial operations.Exposure to SWIFT, Payments, Securities, or Treasury products.Agile project delivery experience.Why Join?Work on large-scale reconciliation transformation programs.Exposure to leading financial institutions.Collaborative and high-performing delivery environment.📩 Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume to binod.chetri@bounteous.com or connect directly for a confidential discussion.
