Position: Recovery OfficerExperience: 1–3 YearsEducation: Minimum Bachelor's DegreeJob SummaryThe Recovery Officer will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of customer installments, maintaining customer communication, monitoring overdue accounts, and achieving assigned recovery targets while coordinating with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor monthly installment schedules and ensure timely payments from customers.Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.Coordinate with the Finance Department to verify transactions and facilitate issuance of receipts.Update and share customer account statements on a regular basis.Monitor default cases at unit level and initiate reminder letters and legal notices where required.Share project and construction updates with customers via email and WhatsApp.Conduct physical meetings with customers at the developer's office when necessary.Prepare recovery reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Customer relationship management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
