.Recovery Specialist – Mental Health & Substance Use | Arabic Speaker |Abu DhabiQualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, to build trust and engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.Practical experience or training in Addiction Recovery and mental health support, with an understanding of evidence-informed recovery models and community resources.Familiarity with Insurance processes related to mental health and substance use services, including coverage verification and coordination of benefits, is preferred.Experience in Training, facilitation, or delivering psychoeducation, workshops, or support groups for individuals, families, or community partners.Relevant academic background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; professional certification or licensure in mental health or addiction services is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, manage crisis situations appropriately, and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Comfort with using digital tools and documentation systems to record client interactions and support coordinated care.Previous experience working in the UAE or in culturally diverse environments is beneficial.
