A character, a storyteller?Do you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 years?Join the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels Dubai!Job Purpose:Welcome and assist guests using the hotel’s pool and fitness facilities.Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.Ensure pool, fitness, and recreation areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance or housekeeping requirements.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.Qualifications & Experience:Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality or health club industryHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
