We value mindset as pivotal: anticipating guest needs, supporting your department, and consistently delivering memorable experiences.We are dedicated to nurturing and growing talent, offering pathways for advancement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.As a Wellness Enthusiast, you infuse our Recreation Team with a heightened sense of dedication, a goal-focused approach, and a genuine zeal for enhancing guest experiences in our vibrant hospitality setting.To oversee reservation, payment and tracking procedures established for the use of Recreation centre facilities as required (i.e. gym, swimming pool, etc.)To issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after useTo post into the computer system any charges that may be incurred by guests & members and accomplish accounting proceduresPromote all services and activities offered in the gym and spaBe fully aware and conversant of all departmental rules and regulationsTo ensure that gym and swimming pool safety procedures, rules and regulations are strictly observed by all guests and membersTo frequently check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilitiesTo oversee the cleanliness and general organization of the gym reception area, swimming pool and surrounding areaTo address with knowledge, accuracy and confidence any guest and members inquiriesCreate a warm welcoming and friendly atmosphereHandle cashiering To assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to timeQualificationsFlexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
