Position Title: Recreation Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportationBenefits: As per UAE labor law, medical Insurance, yearly ticket, company mobileJob Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service.Job Description: Oversee daily operations of all recreation facilities (pool, beach, gym, kids club, sports areas), ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the recreation team while planning and coordinating activities, events, and guest engagement programs.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifeguard standards, emergency protocols, hotel policies, and local regulations.Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints, manage equipment inventory, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within luxury hotels or resorts.Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Physically fit and able to oversee multiple facilities and activities simultaneously
