The organization continues to invest heavily in its service capabilities, team culture, and long-term growth strategy, creating an environment where technicians can build stable and rewarding careers within a modern, expanding operation.The Opportunity:Our client is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to join a growing and fast paced service operation supporting a loyal and expanding customer base. This hands-on role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicles while ensuring the delivery of high quality workmanship and a strong customer experience. The Technician will work across all RV systems including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide outs, generators, structural, and exterior components, requiring a well-rounded mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. RVTI certifications are strongly preferred; however, Technicians with substantial hands on experience and a proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs effectively will also be given serious consideration. For the right individual, this role presents an opportunity to grow alongside a dealership organization that is continuing to gain momentum and recognition within the RV industry, and the chance to earn at a high level, relative to skillset, experience, and output.Benefits:Competitive compensation, on a flat rate programMedical, dental, and vision insurance, company will cover HMO401K with employer match of 4%, if employee contributes 5%Paid Time Off (PTO)Engaged leadership, and direct access to Dealer Principal.Continuing education and training opportunitiesDuties and Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, roofing, and structural componentsPerform both scheduled maintenance and customer repair work efficiently and accurately while meeting quality and productivity expectationsConduct detailed inspections to identify necessary repairs and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and leadershipComplete work orders, warranty documentation, and service records thoroughly and in a timely mannerFollow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policies throughout daily operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including proper care and accountability of tools and equipmentOperate company vehicles, lifts, and specialty equipment safely and responsibly as assignedProvide feedback regarding recurring product concerns, warranty trends, and repair opportunities to support continuous operational improvementCollaborate with fellow Technicians and additional service personnel to complete complex repairs and maintain efficient workflow throughout the departmentParticipate in manufacturer, RVTI, industry, and internal training programs to remain current on evolving products, systems, and repair proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RV Technician within a dealership, dedicated RV service center, or mobile RV service environmentRVTI certifications are strongly preferred; RVTAA and NRVTA certifications are also valued. Technicians with substantial hands on RV repair experience and proven technical ability will likewise be consideredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas systems, appliances, slide-outs, roofing, and general RV componentsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring schematics, repair procedures, and manufacturer documentationProficient in the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, lifts, and specialized service equipmentComfortable working in a covered outdoor service bay environment in varying weather conditionsFamiliarity with warranty procedures, service documentation, and parts coordination processesStrong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality repairs and delivering an excellent customer experienceDemonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team-oriented service departmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage workflow effectively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and operational standards
