Recruiting AssociateThe role: Build and run Clove's hiring engine as we scale from 9 to 100+ offices over the next 24-36 months. Own end-to-end recruiting across dentists, hygienists, assistants, office managers, and HQ roles. Build the AI-augmented systems that let one recruiter do the work of three. Series B closed with tier-1 healthcare investors. Reports to: CEO (transitions to VP People once that role is filled). Location: LA-based with travel to our officesYou will own:Pipeline building across all clinical and operational roles — priority on dentist recruiting (highest-impact, hardest-to-fill)Sourcing strategy across LinkedIn, Indeed, DentalPost, iHireDental, dental school alumni networks, and our offshore sourcer team (2 sourcers in the Philippines)Candidate experience end-to-end: screen, schedule, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closeManager partnership: weekly intake meetings with office managers and clinical leads to align on profile and pipelineATS hygiene and reporting: weekly pipeline dashboard to CEO, monthly hiring KPIs by office and roleAI tooling: build the Clove Recruiting OS — automated outreach sequencing, candidate scoring, market hourly-rate analysis, ATS integrationsNew hire 30-day touchpoint: check in with every new hire at day 30 to flag any onboarding or fit issues to the office manager and VP PeopleFull onboarding experience Exit interviews and offboarding Compensation philosophy and bandsEmployer brand and careers pageKPIs:15 placements/month (scaling to 25/month at 18 offices)3+ qualified candidates per open requisition at any timeTime-to-fill: <21 days non-clinical, <45 days hygienists, <75 days dentistsCost-per-hire: <$1,500 (excluding signing bonuses)90-day new-hire retention: >90%Profile:3-5 years full-cycle recruiting, healthcare or multi-site services strongly preferredHands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable), and modern sourcing toolsAI-fluent — has built or used AI workflows for sourcing, screening, or outreachStrong communicator — can push back on managers asking for unicorn profilesComfortable cold-reaching dentists and clinical talentLA-based; no visa sponsorshipTo apply: Send resume + your process for recruiting new candidates.
