You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify exceptional talent while ensuring an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused recruitment process.The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial services environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated business.What You Will DoManage end-to-end recruitment across all non-technical functions.Source and engage candidates across multiple international markets.Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interview processes.Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through offer.Support employer branding, university recruiting, and talent community initiatives.Assist with offer preparation and candidate closing.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and efficiency.Who You Are:3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting across business, operations, legal, compliance, finance, or customer-facing functions.Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Experience recruiting across multiple countries is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentNice To HavePrevious experience with a talent agency.What We OfferWork directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.Join a fast-growing company where strong performers are given ownership, visibility, and opportunities for growth.Competitive Compensation(Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.)Opportunity: At Kredete, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
