The recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for GTM roles across fintech, payments, and digital risk, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting market research, and engaging prospective candidates through targeted outreach and networking.The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, using recruitment technology and CRM tools, and contributing to continuous improvement of Gene East’s staffing solutions.Nice to have Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills, including use of platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital recruitment tools.Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment: role intake, screening, interviewing, stakeholder communication, and offer management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients.Analytical skills for market mapping, candidate assessment, and reporting on recruitment metrics.Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high quality and ethical standards.Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple roles concurrently.Proficiency with ATS or CRM systems and familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and tools.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and to provide consultative hiring advice.
