WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED INTERNATIONAL RECRUITERCareer Voyage is expanding into new markets, and we are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to join our growing team.The successful candidate will focus primarily on recruitment projects for Schengen countries and manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements.Key responsibilities:• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates• Building and maintaining a strong international candidate network• Developing effective sourcing channels for different markets and positions• Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process• Working closely with our internal team on new recruitment projectsRequirements:• Proven recruitment experience within Schengen markets• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience• An established candidate-sourcing network• Fluent English• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projectsWhat we offer:• Full-time employment• Fully remote position• Salary based on experience• Opportunity to play an important role in Career Voyage’s international expansion• Dynamic, international working environment with long-term growth opportunitiesInterested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn with their CV.
