Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and skilled manpower.Manage CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and employment offers.Coordinate with project teams to fulfil manpower requirements and mobilization deadlines.Handle recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate follow-ups.Support Saudization requirements and Qiwa sponsorship-transfer processes.
Requirements
