Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose:The Executive Search Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and securing high-caliber leadership and specialist talent for the organization. The role focuses on executive and niche recruitment across Facilities Management operations, including senior management, engineering, technical, commercial, and corporate support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Talent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior to executive-level positions across the organization.Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify passive and active candidates.Conduct market mapping exercises to identify talent within the Facilities Management and related industries.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and succession-planning roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networking, referrals, industry databases, and professional associations.Manage confidential and sensitive executive searches with professionalism and discretion.Stakeholder Management:Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.Provide consultative recruitment support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Facilitate competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.Present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluation reports and recommendations.Talent Intelligence & Market Research:Conduct competitor benchmarking and talent market analysis.Provide insights on compensation trends, talent availability, market movement, and recruitment challenges.Track executive talent movements within the FM sector and related industries.Develop talent pools for strategic business growth initiatives.Candidate Experience:Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Maintain regular communication with candidates during the selection process.Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding activities for senior hires.Recruitment Governance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Prepare recruitment reports, hiring analytics, and executive hiring dashboards.Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance ratio, and executive search success rate.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Professional certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred.LinkedIn Recruiter Certification is an advantage.Experience:5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in executive search or leadership hiring.Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Property Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Technical Services sectors is highly preferred.Proven track record of successfully placing senior management and specialist roles.Experience managing confidential executive-level searches.
