Job Title: Trainee US Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher / BPO / KPO)Location: Sec 66, MohaliCompany: HonorVet Technologies India Pvt LtdEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: US Night Shift (Flexible across EST/CST/MST/PST)Working Days: 5 Days a WeekAbout the RoleAre you looking to kickstart a high-growth career in the US Staffing & Healthcare Recruiting industry?HonorVet Technologies is looking for energetic, enthusiastic freshers and candidates with a BPO, KPO, International Voice/Non-Voice, or Customer Support background who want to transition into US Talent Acquisition.If you have exceptional English communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn end-to-end recruitment, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Hunting: Identify and source qualified US-based healthcare professionals using major job portals, databases, and social platforms.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial evaluations and phone interviews to assess candidate skills, availability, and fit.End-to-End Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through every step of the hiring pipeline.Database Management: Maintain accurate records and regularly update our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Target Achievement: Work closely with the team to hit daily and weekly candidate submission goals.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome!).Background Preference: Prior experience or exposure in BPO, KPO, International Voice/Non-Voice Support, Tele-sales, or Customer Service is a strong advantage.Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.Shift Readiness: Comfortable working in full US Night Shifts.Mindset: Quick learner, target-driven, and resilient in a dynamic work culture.Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.Training & Program TermsRole Structure: Candidates start as Recruitment Interns for a 1-month intensive training period with a fixed stipend.Conversion: Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, you will be converted into a Full-Time Employee with an upgraded salary structure.Attendance: 100% attendance is mandatory during the 1-month training period (no planned leaves permitted).Growth Commitment: We invest heavily in your professional training. We encourage a minimum 1-year commitment post-training.
