The intern will support the recruitment process for creative and corporate roles within the agency, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, drafting job postings, communicating with applicants, and assisting with scheduling and interview logistics. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This role offers exposure to the media and production industry, with opportunities to learn recruitment best practices and support HR-related administrative tasks.We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our fast-paced creative, influencer marketing, and production agency.What You’ll Do:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles.Post job openings on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.Shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.Assist with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.What We’re Looking For:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good sourcing and research abilities.Proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking.Interest in building a career in recruitment/talent acquisition.Freshers and students pursuing HR-related courses are welcome.
