Recruiter Team Lead

🎯 Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day recruitment and matching operations. In this role, you will lead the operations team, optimize candidate-to-job matching processes, monitor team performance, and deliver actionable insights and executive reports to ensure operational excellence and high-quality talent placement.📋 Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership & Supervision:Lead, supervise, and mentor the talent matching and recruitment team to ensure smooth operational execution.Monitor daily recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement workflows.Establish clear operational performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous process improvements.Matching & Workforce Analytics:Analyze recruitment and matching performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.Develop and deliver regular analytical reports and strategic insights to senior leadership regarding placement rates, speed-to-hire, and operational efficiency.Ensure high accuracy and alignment in candidate-to-vacancy matching.Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:Partner with internal teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to streamline hiring pipelines.Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance and align talent supply with labor market requirements.Resolve escalated operational issues and streamline candidate journey touchpoints.🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Recruitment Sourcing, with proven experience in leading teams or supervising operational processes.Professional Certifications (Preferred): SHRM, CIPD, or PMP is a plus.Technical & Analytical Skills:Strong expertise in recruitment analytics, HR dashboards (Power BI / Excel), and reporting.Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, and local recruitment regulations.Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
