Their work focuses on areas such as financial transformation, technical accounting, strategic finance support, and operational advisory initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end execution of the recruiting process from initial candidate engagement through offer closeBuild and maintain strong relationship-driven candidate pipelines, ensuring continuous recruiting activityLead ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersOwn the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm’s recruiting model across all service lines and functionsBuild and scale direct sourcing capabilities including proactive market mapping, targeted outreach, and pipeline development for key rolesImplement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights across all stages of the recruiting lifecycleRequirementsBachelor’s degree required8-10 years of recruiting experience within professional servicesExperience recruiting leadership, advisory, business development, and operational positionsStrong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent marketsDemonstrated experience building, scaling, or significantly enhancing recruiting functionsExperience using Workday RecruitingExperience coaching and developing a teamSalary Range$100,000-$150,000
