Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Smoke House Deli, Salt Water Café, Slink & Bardot, Mocha, Prithvi Café, Social, and Flea Bazaar Café.Role Description The Recruiting Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within Impresario Handmade Restaurants. Daily tasks include maintaining applicant tracking databases, scheduling and following up on interviews, and assisting with communication between hiring managers and candidates. The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, such as collating documentation and coordinating training schedules for new team members. The intern will collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with the company’s culture and service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with an interest in talent acquisition and hospitality roles.Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication, including clear, professional verbal and written communication.Candidates should possess skills in Training support and onboarding coordination, with the ability to assist in organizing learning sessions for new hires.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Comfort using basic HR or productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, email and calendar applications).Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.Interest in the food and beverage or hospitality industry and willingness to work on-site in restaurant environments.
