Recruiting Operations Intern

We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate interviews.Support recruitment activities and candidate follow-ups.Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks.Create and post job vacancies across various platforms.Assist with simple marketing creatives, Canva, editing, and social media/job posts.Support managers and the wider team with operational tasks whenever required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Degree in Human Resources is a plus)Good communication and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of Canva/editing is preferred.Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus.Internship DetailsThis is a paid 3-month, full time internship, working Monday to Friday.
