We are Hiring | Recruitment & Emiratisation SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Emiratisation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven practical experience in recruiting UAE Nationals for the private sector.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain a database of Emirati candidates and manage the sourcing, screening, and interview processes.Communicate and coordinate with companies and employers to understand their recruitment needs.Match Emirati candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications and experience.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and after placement.Demonstrate a good understanding of Emiratisation and employment programs and initiatives in the UAE.Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and Emiratisation.Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners in the private sector.Requirements:Previous practical experience in recruiting UAE Nationals.Experience working with companies and organizations in the private sector.Good knowledge of the UAE labor market and Emiratisation requirements.Strong communication, relationship-building, and talent acquisition skills.Ability to manage the full recruitment process and effectively follow up with both candidates and employers.Candidates with an established professional network and experience in Emiratisation and employment programs in the UAE are preferred.Fluency in Arabic is required.📩 If you meet the above requirements, please send us your CV at info@arabexpertsinstitute.com, highlighting your previous experience in recruiting UAE Nationals and working with the private sector.#Hiring #Recruitment #Emiratisation #UAEJobs #TalentAcquisition #HR #UAEHiring #EmiratiTalent
