Recruitment & Training Manager (Real Estate)

Candidates with Dubai Real estate experience will only be considered for this role.Realty Force is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment & Training Manager to lead our recruitment and training processes for new real estate agents. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, onboarding, and developing new talent to uphold Realty Force's commitment to excellence. This role requires an individual with a keen understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and a strong background in recruitment and training.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies by advertising job openings on various portals, screening CVs, and arranging candidate interviews with the CEO.Lead new recruits through a structured onboarding process, conduct orientation sessions on company policies, procedures, and values, ensuring a smooth transition for all new agents.Ensure new agents report to their assigned line managers and have clear guidelines on their roles and responsibilities.Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate agents’ visa processes, work permits, and other required documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.Design and conduct training sessions on real estate fundamentals, compliance requirements, and Realty Force’s unique procedures to equip agents with essential industry knowledge.Monitor and track agent performance during the probation period, providing feedback and support to optimize their growth and productivity.Identify training needs and develop a continuous professional development plan to enhance the skills and performance of existing agents.Ensure all agents adhere to company policies, and regulatory guidelines, and maintain ethical standards in all their dealings.RequirementsProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role within the real estate sector.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.Comprehensive knowledge of UAE real estate laws and labor regulations.Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
