Recruitment & Training Officer - Security Operations

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to lead and take ownership of the recruitment, training and deployment of security personnel.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the end-to-end recruitment process for security personnel.Develop and execute field-based recruitment campaigns to achieve manpower targets.Source candidates through referrals, recruitment drives, industry contacts and other effective channels.Interview, screen and select suitable security personnel.Conduct induction and basic security training for new recruits.Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure the timely deployment of trained personnel.Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet urgent and ongoing manpower requirements.Follow up with newly deployed personnel to minimize no-shows and early resignations.Maintain accurate recruitment, training and deployment records and provide regular progress updates.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESSProven practical experience in recruiting security personnel for a security services company is essential.Previous experience as a Visiting Officer (VO) or in a similar field-based role within a security services company, with practical exposure to recruiting and deploying security personnel, will be a strong advantage.Ex-Armed Forces or Police personnel with relevant recruitment and training experience are encouraged to apply.A strong recruitment network within the security sector will be highly valued.Ability to independently manage recruitment targets and perform effectively under pressure.Willingness to conduct field recruitment, travel and work flexible hours when required.Good leadership, communication, coordination and basic computer skills.Academic qualifications will be considered; however, greater importance will be given to practical experience and proven recruitment results.WHAT WE OFFERAn attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits.Career growth opportunities.Supportive and growth-focused work environment
