This role would suit an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys business development, building relationships and taking ownership of their market.You should be:Experienced in recruitment, ideally within design, construction, engineering, architecture, interiors or another specialist sector.A proven biller with strong client development skills.Commercially focused and motivated by earning potential.Comfortable working autonomously within a small team environment.Interested in helping build something rather than simply joining a large corporate recruitment business.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine recruitment success with the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Dubai office.
