This is an opportunity to take ownership of vacancies, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.The role will suit someone who is ambitious, commercially aware, and looking to further develop their career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment assignments from vacancy briefing through to placement.Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database searches.Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for client opportunities.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment requirements.Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communications throughout the hiring process.Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process.Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system.Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.What We're Looking ForEssential2–5 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.Experience managing vacancies and candidate relationships.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM experience.Experience in a 360-recruitment environment.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.DesirableBusiness development or client-facing experience.Knowledge of recruitment within professional services, technology, healthcare, engineering, energy, construction, or similar sectors.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Performance-based bonus scheme.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Exposure to international recruitment projects and clients.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Flexible working arrangements depending on location.Apply NowIf you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of a growing international consultancy where your contribution makes a real impact, we would like to hear from you.Please send your CV with a covering letter to our Global Head of Recruitment Elle Tyler at elle.tyler@talentspecialist.org
