This isn't your standard agency desk - you'll work exclusively into the US market as part of an embedded team sitting directly inside client businesses.First, What's Embedded/RPO Recruitment?Rather than juggling a wide portfolio of one-off agency roles, you become part of (or a dedicated extension of) a client's internal talent function - owning their live roles, building deep stakeholder relationships, and operating as a trusted insider rather than an outside vendor.
