Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Leadership Hiring practice. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing senior-level talent across industries and functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in executive search, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for mid-senior to leadership-level positions.• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify relevant senior-level candidates.• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.• Work closely with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand business requirements and create effective search strategies.• Drive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, feedback, offer management, and closure.• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, competitor mapping, and compensation benchmarking where required.• Manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously while ensuring quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience.• Take ownership of revenue-generating recruitment assignments and contribute to business growth and client relationship management.Required Skills & Experience • 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or leadership hiring.• Experience in hiring for senior management, leadership, Director, VP, CXO, or niche positions will be preferred.• Strong expertise in headhunting, market mapping, talent research, and passive candidate engagement.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Ability to independently manage mandates and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• Strong understanding of different industries, business functions, and organizational structures.• Experience working with clients and managing candidate relationships will be an advantage.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is a strong recruiter and researcher with a consultative mindset, enjoys engaging with senior professionals, and can independently drive complex and critical hiring mandates from search to closure.
