We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Creideas (pronounced CREE-JUS), a specialist recruitment brand bringing together established teams and long-standing client relationships under a sharper, more focused identity. As part of a newly launched brand, you’ll have the opportunity to build, shape, and grow your own desk, combining business development with relationship-driven delivery in a highly competitive but opportunity-rich market.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with both clients and candidates to match talent with the right opportunities.You will:Take ownership of business development activity for your desk, approaching clients for the first time or by working with existing clients to expand our scope of service.Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face visits and regular engagement.Source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into permanent roles.Working with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.About Us At Tatton Recruitment Group, our specialist brands Certain Advantage, Creideas, Crone Corkill, Healthii People and Simply Education have been supporting clients across the UK for more than 40 years.
