At eMagine Solutions, we “eMagine Talent Differently.” We’re looking for a Delivery Consultant who’s genuinely delivery-first someone who can run senior searches end-to-end, protect candidate experience, and deliver outcomes for demanding stakeholders across MNC and government accounts in the UAE and Saudi.What you’ll be doing (day to day)Own end-to-end delivery on senior and business-critical mandates (Manager to Director / Senior Leadership level)Build and manage shortlists with pace and precision: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, offer managementPartner closely with internal stakeholders to align on role clarity, timelines, and market realityConfidently manage client stakeholders across complex environments (multiple decision-makers, approvals, governance)Drive best-in-class candidate experience: clear comms, tight process, no loose endsUse modern recruitment tooling and data to stay organised, fast, and accountable (ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, reporting)What “good” looks like for this roleProven track record of delivery in agency recruitment (not just BD support — real, measurable delivery)Strong experience delivering senior management / director-level hiringSolid exposure to UAE and Saudi markets (networks, market mapping ability, and cultural awareness)Comfortable delivering into MNCs and government / semi-government entities (and the stakeholder management that comes with it)Digitally native: you’re quick with systems, structured in your workflow, and data-awareArabic is a strong plus (spoken and/or written)You’ll likely be a fit if you are…Delivery-obsessed, process-driven, and calm under pressureSharp on search strategy, market mapping, and candidate assessmentFast, organised, and direct — you don’t need chasing to move a process forwardConfident advising clients on market availability, compensation, and realistic timelinesWhy eMagineSenior, high-impact mandates with long-term client relationshipsA delivery culture: quality, pace, and accountabilitySpace to operate like a true consultant not a CV-sender
