This role will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of professional and technical disciplines, requiring strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver at pace in a fast-moving environment.Position: Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE – OnsiteEmployment: 6 Month ContractKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End RecruitmentManage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy intake and role briefing through to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding supportPartner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structures, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelinesManage multiple professional and technical vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelinesConduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments covering technical competencies, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and availabilityPrepare high-quality candidate shortlists and screening summaries for hiring manager reviewCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment processTalent Sourcing & Market MappingProactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, headhunting, referrals, networking, job boards, and recruitment databasesBuild targeted talent pipelines across the power, water, utilities, energy, and IPP sectorsConduct competitor mapping and talent research across the UAE and wider regional marketDevelop relationships with both active and passive candidates across multiple technical disciplines and seniority levelsProvide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor activity, and hiring trendsStakeholder & Candidate ManagementBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates and market insightsAdvise stakeholders on sourcing strategies, talent availability, and potential recruitment challengesDeliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleSupport offer negotiations, counteroffer management, notice-period discussions, and candidate closingMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate information, and vacancy status within internal systemsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experiencePrevious in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a utility, power generation, water, energy, or IPP developer environmentMinimum 2 years of recruitment agency experience in the UAE, with direct exposure to hiring across the power and water value chainStrong understanding of the UAE talent market and established knowledge of relevant technical talent poolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver recruitment at paceStrong direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate assessment capabilityHands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment databases, and ATS platformsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight recruitment deadlinesBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredCurrently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
