This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing recruitment function within a prestigious international financial services organisation.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end hiring processes across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for interview scheduling, candidate management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.The role will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, business leaders, and HR colleagues to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage recruitment logistics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and support recruitment reporting and administration. The incumbent will also assist with offer management, onboarding coordination, and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives.In addition, the Recruitment Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a professional candidate journey that reflects the firm's employer brand and values.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar recruitment support role gained within a multinational organisation. Experience supporting hiring within financial services, professional services, technology or other fast-paced corporate environments will be viewed favourably.
