Recruitment Delivery Consultant

The CompanyAn international fast growing very high billing Tech recruitment agency based in Bromley are seeking to hire an experienced recruitment delivery consultant ASAP.The RoleThe position will be a delivery role and you would expect to develop to a 360 consultant within a year. You will work either in Public Sector Tech, Salesforce IT Recruitment Team or within the Renewable Energy brand in the group. You will interview for the group and they will discuss which team you'd prefer and fit best. There are three positions available currently.The PackageSalary depends on experience and success but will be circa £25,00015-20% commission no threshold!Build a contract book as a delivery consultant.30% split on deals increasing to 50% once you are consultant.OTE £45 to 70kThe Selling PointsYou will be working underneath very high billers who will train you to be the same, you must want to take advantage of this learning opportunity and see the benefit in working one to one with £600k plus billers.The business has scaled significantly to more than £25m billings within 7 years.This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during covid, is cash rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add 20 people in the next few yearsIncentives and holiday trips for high performanceEmployee of the month, quarterly target hitters afternoon out, Annual sales award with cash awards for the top two sales people and top two delivery peopleThis is not a KPI driven environment, they provide space, direction and supportThey are very tech focused themselves and invest in the right tools for the teamEveryone has a LinkedIn recruiter licencefinish early on a FridayInternational holidays several times a year as a teamThe requirementsAt least one years experience doing recruitment or B2B sales experienceYou must want to do a 360 role eventually with training and support availableYou must want to work in the office full time and be commutable to Bromley
