Be at the forefront of Plexus’s next step, spring boarding off our success in the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space to start and lead our second brand. The opportunity: Build your own recruitment business, without starting from zero.You will run a specialist recruitment firm, launching inside Plexus, and emerging into a new, adjacent space - Digital Assets, AI, Trading, Legal, or wherever our extensive, existing network takes the right leader. This is an opportunity to focus on building a brand and business, but without the admin and full start-up struggles- we will provide full investment, incubation, marketing, operations, internal hiring and L&D, but the direction and strategy will be yours to decide. You can utilise your own existing network, and we are also open to hiring others already on your team, so you also don’t have to walk away from the success you’ve already achieved.Who you are: An ambitious, commercially minded and experienced leader. Someone who wants the autonomy and upside of ownership with the best chance of success.Has experience managing and upskilling a team (the size of the team matters less than the success you’ve built with them). 360 biller, confident with BD and consistent history of bringing on new clients.
